The decriminalization of homosexuality on the right track

In Delhi, the judicial court giving a decision on the decriminalization of homosexuality rejected the government’s arguments on upholding its prohibition. Indeed, they argue upon religious beliefs to justify the decision while “scientific proofs” would be more logical. This request seems to show that the court is more for decriminalization. Beyond the fight for the freedom of gay, this would also allow a better struggle against AIDS.
